About DLE.Games

DLE.Games is a free, curated directory of daily browser games — commonly known as “dles.” Inspired by the viral success of Wordle, the “dle” format has exploded into hundreds of creative variations: word games, number puzzles, geography quizzes, music challenges, trivia, logic games, and much more. Every game listed here is 100% free and requires no account or subscription.

Community Project

DLE.Games is a community project that does NOT aim to make money. Our listings are curated for players — to help them discover and enjoy the best daily games, not to promote any particular game or developer. Our community sources new games, shares updates, reports broken links, and discusses anything related to the daily games we list. There are no ads, no paywalls, and no tracking beyond basic anonymous analytics.

How to Contribute?

DLE.Games grows thanks to its community. Here’s how you can help:

• Suggest a game you think is missing from the directory.
• Report a bug or a broken link so we can keep the database clean.
• Share DLE.Games with friends, on social media, or in gaming communities.
• Donate on Ko-fi if you’d like to support the project financially.
• Contribute on GitHub — this project is open source.

Games Requirements

To be listed on DLE.Games, a game must meet all of the following criteria:

• Free to play — no paywalls, mandatory subscriptions, or pay-to-win mechanics.
• Browser-based — playable directly in a web browser without downloads or installs.
• Daily format — the game resets or offers a new puzzle/challenge on a regular basis (daily, or close to it).
• Actively maintained — the game must be online, functional, and updated by its developer.
• No account required — players should be able to start playing immediately.

Rank Criteria

Games within each category are ordered by a combination of factors:

• Popularity — based on community engagement and general awareness.
• Quality — polish, game design, and overall player experience.
• Recency — newer additions appear higher within their category so they’re easy to discover.

Rankings are adjusted periodically as games grow, change, or decline. New games are placed near the top of their category by default.

Excluded Entries

Games are removed from the directory when they no longer meet our requirements:

• The game’s website goes offline or the domain expires.
• The game becomes paywalled or requires a mandatory account to play.
• The game is no longer maintained and is permanently broken.
• The game’s daily mode is discontinued, even if the site remains active.

Removed games are logged in the Activity page for transparency.
